Richard Salceda claimed that I missed the "initial appraisal meeting" and therefore he did not know the location of the lockbox and had to return to the house to do the appraisal. This is what he claimed to the lender who shared this with my/his client Tony. Salceda never asked me to be there in writing or verbally. Salceda asked if it was on lockbox (which he could have found out by looking up the listing in the mls), I told him that it was. Never asked the location but it is in plain sight on the left side of the house on the hose bib. Salceda told the lender that he would need a tip of $150 before he could release the appraisal. Which my client paid.
